The Chinese government is celebrating its first ever rainy year, as the country’s agribusiness sector looks to capitalize on a dry spell.

Agriculture accounts for roughly 40 percent of China’s economy, but it’s been hit hard by the drought, with production in 2014 dropping by more than 30 percent.

That’s an improvement compared to 2015, when production dropped by about 25 percent.

But China’s agricultural industry remains far behind the rest of the world in terms of its capacity to grow food, and the country is set to experience more drought-related hardship as the years go on.

In 2017, China produced around 60 billion tons of agricultural products, the equivalent of roughly 11.5 percent of the global supply.

But that number has dropped by nearly half to roughly 37 billion tons, according to a report by the World Resources Institute.

That includes all food items and processed foods, including sugar, flour, sugar, and soybean meal.

China’s food exports dropped by around 40 percent from 2016 to 2017, and exports of food and non-food items are expected to fall by another 30 percent by 2020.

The Chinese government has set up a new department for agri business, which will oversee the supply chain for food, feed, and water, as well as oversee food safety.

The new department will focus on supply chain management, including developing and implementing supply chain planning.

This new department has been established to support the supply-chain management and implementation of the new agri system.

It will be tasked with implementing the national agri market-oriented system, as proposed by the government, which aims to provide efficient and sustainable production, distribution, and consumption of agricultural product.

It is also tasked with creating new agricultural products to meet the demands of the current food and feed system.

The new agro-business department will be a key component in building the national agriculture system, according the National Development and Reform Commission.

This department will also be responsible for setting up agro industry export contracts, and coordinating the export of foodstuffs, fertilizers, seeds, and pesticides, among other agricultural products.

The department is also expected to help develop and implement the agro market-driven and agri agricultural supply-chains, and to strengthen agricultural sector development, according government officials.

The agro supply-chasing department is part of the broader agri reform plan.

This includes strengthening agri supply-shopping in the country and improving the ability of agri companies to export to overseas markets, according a statement by the National Agricultural Development Commission.

Agri supply chain is a key element of the national agricultural reform plan, said Jiang Zhenghong, chief executive of the National Federation of Agricultural Industries.

Agro-market-oriented and agro agricultural supply chain system, also known as agro agriculture, will ensure food and food-related products are produced at affordable prices, Jiang said.

This will be the main pillar of agro reform in China, Jiang added.

Agropollution is a common cause of foodborne illnesses and crop losses.

According to a recent report by Bloomberg News, in the past three years, China has suffered a total of 1,788,000 food-borne illnesses.

The vast majority of those deaths have occurred in rural areas, which are particularly vulnerable to the diseases.

The agricultural reform process began with the Agricultural Ministry, which started drafting the countrys agro policy in 2013.

Since then, it has undergone several revisions.

In the last two years, the Chinese government began working to develop a more holistic approach to food production.

This led to the establishment of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is tasked with coordinating the production and marketing of food products.

In addition, the Ministry has begun working on food safety, which includes the establishment and monitoring of the agri food industry, according official documents.

The National Development Commission has also created an agency to oversee the agropolluted supply-systems, as mandated by the Agricultural Supply-Chain Management Act of 2013.

This agency will be responsible to provide financial assistance for agropollsution control and management, and support agropolisutration projects.

The State Council of Agricultural Development and Research (SCAD) will be created to provide guidance on the management of agropoltage supply-lines, which can be used for water-supply and irrigation.

This group is tasked to coordinate the supply of irrigation water to agricultural and food production sectors, according SCAD.

The agency will also work to develop agricultural-related export-oriented projects.

Agribusys government has been focusing on expanding its agro business.

In June, the government launched the Agricultural Industry and Export Bureau, an agency that is tasked at supporting and supervising agro businesses in China.

The bureau will be able to promote agro products domestically, as it is also a major producer of soybean products.
