With more than one billion people and more than 1,400 water providers, the issue is one of water management.

There are a variety of issues, and they’re all interconnected, said Rick Wirth, a senior vice president at Waterkeeper Alliance, a nonprofit organization.

Water wars are water disputes that have little to do with water conservation.

But they can have a big impact on water supply and consumer health, Wirth said.

The water wars are often triggered by farmers using too much water, which causes water to be wasted.

And when farmers use too much of the water, they can reduce their water use by pumping more water from underground reservoirs.
